Who pays for the service

You are legally entitled to the service Cute Injury and its partners offer after a Non-Fault Accident, regardless of your own car insurance it is your legal right to be put back into the position you were placed into before a Road Traffic Accident occurred.

The at-fault insurer's company is responsible for payment for all reasonably incurred bills, including Vehicle Hire and repairs along with any Personal Injury Compensation and any other uninsured losses.

What will happen to my car?

If your vehicle is driveable, Cute Injuries partners can organise a suitable repairer for you or if you have a preferred repairer they can liaise with them.

In the event that your car is un-drivable, you may be eligible for a Replacement hire vehicle *. this vehicle can be delivered to your own home, place of work, or to whatever place you wish. Cute Injury’s chosen representatives can organize for your un-drivable car to be taken to a repairer.

Non-fault claim outstanding with my insurer and my renewal comes up – will this affect my premium?

Until your Car Accident Claim has been settled, you may be considered at fault, as your insurer might still be investigating the circumstances of the Accident. If this is the case and your claim is still pending when you need to renew, your quote may be higher as your record will contain a non-fault claim.

Your premium will be adjusted once the claim has been settled and it has been confirmed that the Accident was not your fault. To protect your premium we recommend that you use a Credit Hire company, which can be arranged by our specialist team of No Win No Fee* solicitors here at Cute Injury.
