Booking and preparing for a holiday can be a stressful time. We all want to make sure we have everything we need, and that we have everything booked correctly. Sometimes though, no matter how prepared we are and how much planning is done, a holiday can take an unexpected turn and end up being a nightmare.

If this were to be the case and your holiday did not go to plan, you may be entitled to claim compensation. It is important to note that not all instances will be suitable to claim. For example, if you experience bad food in a hotel, have delays in being transferred or you were not satisfied with your accommodation, the best thing to do in this situation is to contact your tour operator and make a complaint via them. If however, a member of your holiday party were to have an accident whist away due to negligence, you will be entitled to make a claim
